The Brief ••

In order to engage a better relationship between customer and company, Honda required a booklet to say ‘A Big Thank You’ to new customers, and also provide them with car care tips and service procedures.


Solution ••

Designed to be handy, the booklet aimed to help customers understand their car better, learn the importance of genuine parts, and pick up on basic car tips and available services. It would also be easy to refer to, in case the customer needed some quick information or was in an emergency. Customers would be proud and confident receiving this booklet to be kept in their cars.
