The Brief ••

In 2017, we were put to the task of making RHB Bank’s quarterly thematic credit card campaigns stand out from the crowd. The marketing strategy was to offer Cash Back in every promotion all year long and for us to develop a thematic visual idea to link to cash back offers.


Solution ••

We designed the RHB mascots – tiny-sized personalities who star in all credit card communications. These mascots make it easy for viewers to recognise that a communication is from RHB Bank and are easily adaptable to any creative iteration. For example, for the Raya campaign, the mascots were dressed up in traditional Raya clothes, adding to the festive look and feel of the campaign.
